နန္းေရွ႕သား: ရဟန္း ဤခႏၶာကိုယ္တည္းဟူေသာေလွမွ မိစၦာ၀ိတက္ဟူေသာ ေရကို ပက္ထုတ္ေလာ့၊ ထိုသို႔ ပက္ထုတ္လွ်င္ သင္၏ ခႏၶာကိုယ္တည္းဟူေသာေလွသည္ လ်စင္ြာသြားႏုိင္လတၱံ႔၊ ရာဂ ေဒါသကို ပယ္ျဖတ္ႏုိလင္ွ်င္ နိဗၺာန္သို႔ ေရာက္လတၱံ႔။ Bhikkhu – empty the boat (of aggregate). If it is empty, it will sail quickly. Having cut off passion and hatred, you will thereby reach Nibbana.
